Mushroom Avocado Toast

Mushroom Avocado Toast is a healthy and easy to make option for breakfast or brunch; enjoy it with cup of coffee or glass of orange juice.

Ingredients

Mushrooms: 200 grams

Avocado: one large

Toast: two slices of the wholewheat bread

Spices: mixed (salt, garlic, pepper) / chilli flakes

Olive oil: for frying mushrooms

Cooking

Toast two slices of wholewheat bread in toaster or oven.

Slice mushrooms, add them to the frying pan, add mixed spices, olive oil and cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat, stir occasionally until they golden brown on both sides.

Peel and mash avocado with fork.

Top toasted bread with mashed avocado and add fried mushrooms on top.
