Cooking Cream: 50 ml

Butter: 20g for frying eggs / 20g to serve with toast
Spices / Chives: mixed (salt, garlic, pepper) / chives
Toast two slices of wholewheat bread in toaster or oven.
Crack eggs, add cooking cream and spices in the large bowl, whisk it together.
Preheat frying pan to medium-high heat and melt butter.
Add mixture to the pan and once it’s settled gently stir. Keep stirring for 3-5 minutes.
Serve scrambled eggs with toast and fresh tomatoes.
Do not overcook for a creamy texture.
Serve with extra butter for the toast.
Can be served with fried mushrooms or bacon.
