Quick and Easy Halloumi Salad. 10 minutes quick recipes for healthy breakfast or brunch.
Mixed Salad: 150-200g
Baby Tomatoes: 100g
Spices: salt / pepper
Olive oil: for frying halloumi / and salad
Wholegrain Mustard: salad dressing
Cut baby tomatoes in half and mix them in a large bowl with salad. Add table spoon of olive oil, table spoon of wholegrain mustard, pinch of salt and paper.
Slice halloumi, add it to the frying pan, add olive oil and cook for 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat, stir occasionally until they golden brown on both sides.
Serve in a large plate, add salad first and add slices of fried halloumi on top.
Can be served with fried baby potatoes or sweet potatoes sides.
Enjoy it with a cup of coffee, tea or orange juice.
Do not overcook halloumi as it can be chewy.
