Tasty and Easy to prepare recipe - Baked Baby Potatoes is healthy and easy to make option for lunch or dinner, enjoy it with sour cream.
Baby Potatoes: 200g
Spices: mixed (salt, garlic, pepper, smoked paprika)
Olive oil: for baking
Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
Preheat oven to 180-200C degrees.
Wash and dry potatoes.
Cut any larger potatoes in half to make all pieces roughly the same size.
Toss the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and any of your favourite herbs or spices.
Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet, preferably in a single layer.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown on the outside.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with sour cream.
Serve as sides or main.
Baked Baby Potatoes can be served with salad.
It tastes better if served straight after cooking and not used as a takeaway.
