Twaróg is a type of fresh cheese commonly used in Poland and other Eastern European countries. Serve it for breakfast with fresh fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and chopped apples. Additionally, it can be served with honey or jam for extra sweetness.
Twarog: 150g
Apple/Banana: one diced
Berries: raspberry / blueberry / strawberry (use any of you choice or mix them as you like)
Sour Cream: 1-2 table spoons
Honey/Vanilla/Jam: optional
Chia/Nuts/Seeds: optional
In a bowl mix twarog (curd cheese) and sour cream.
On top add fruits, diced apple, chia seeds, chopped nuts and drizzle of honey.
Enjoy!
Use any berries or fruits of your choice and slice them in small pieces and add to twarog.
Add honey on top or mix it with twarog first.
Add vanilla to bring extra flavour to Twarog (Curd Cheese) Breakfast With Berries and Fruits
It tastes better if served straight after cooking and not used as a takeaway.
The best taste if you serve it with coffee or tea.
