Twarog: 250g

Eggs: 1-2 large

Honey: 50g

Raisins: 25-50g

Cooking

In a large bowl combine grated flour, eggs, twarog, honey, raisins. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and make small patties.

Preheat a large frying pan to the medium heat and cover its bottom with olive oil.

Fry patties in the hot oil until they are golden brown on both sides, around 3-5 minutes per side.

Serve hot with sour cream and berries.
