Baby Tomatoes: 100g
Parmesan Cheese: 20g
Olive Oil: for frying
Spices: Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add prawns and baby tomatoes to the skillet and cook until prawns pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper during cooking.
Remove prawns from the skillet and set aside.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet with tomatoes and prawns. Add butter and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper, add parmesan cheese.
Add 75ml of white wine when cooking prawns to bring extra flavour.
Add chilli flakes for extra spiciness.
Use canned crushed tomatoes instead of baby tomatoes if you prefer a smoother sauce.
