Bread: 1-2 Slices
Whole Milk: 150ml
Egg: 1 large
Cinnamon: 1 table spoon
Vanilla Extract: 1 tea spoon
Mascarpone: 1 scoop
Maple Syrup: serve with maple syrup
Berries: Strawberry (any of your choice)
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon until well combined.
Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated.
Place bread onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices, adding more butter to the skillet or griddle as needed.
Serve the mascarpone french toast hot with 1 table spoon of butter, strawberry and maple syrup drizzled on top.
