Salmon With Baked Potatoes

Salmon with Baby Baked Potatoes is a delicious and nutritious dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for a dinner. Recipe is a great combination of juicy salmon fillets and crispy and flavourful baby baked potatoes.


Salmon Fillets: 1-2 small/medium

Baby Potatoes: 150-200g

Lemon: 1 sliced

Olive Oil: for baking

Spices: salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 180-200C.

Lightly cover baking sheet with olive oil.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

Use cooking brush to cover potatoes evenly with spices and olive oil mixture.

Bake potatoes for 20 minutes or until they are tender and golden brown.

Season salmon fillets with spices and olive oil mixture, place them on the same baking sheet after 20 minutes.

Bake salmon and potatoes for another 15 minutes or until it is cooked through.

Serve salmon and baby baked potatoes together with lemon slices.
