Tuna Steak: 1 medium per person
Asparagus: 1 bunch, trimmed
Olive Oil: for frying
Lemon: 1 small / medium
Spices: salt and pepper to taste
Preheat pan to medium-high heat.
Add the asparagus to the pan, season with salt and pepper, cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
Preheat the second pan to medium-high heat or use the same once asparagus is ready.
Drizzle olive oil over tuna steaks and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Place tuna steaks on the pan and fry them for about 1-2 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Ideally tuna has to be seared on the outside and pink inside.
