Granola: 100g

Berries: mixed fresh (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)


Start by layering half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom of a jar or a bowl.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt layer.

Add half of the mixed fresh berries on top of the granola.

Optional: Drizzle half of the honey or maple syrup over the berries.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining yogurt, granola, berries, and sweetener.

Secure the lid on the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate it overnight or for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
